Thank you for your interest in joining the Accuserve vendor network!

The full registration process takes about half an hour. At minimum, you’ll need :

Your Company's address and main contact information.
The services you provide.
The states, counties and zip codes in your service area.
Employee information and electronic copies of their certifications with expiration dates.
The type and quantity of equipment you currently use.
Your W9, insurance and certification documents to upload.
Banking information (for electronic payment).
If you don’t have all of this information, enter what you have and you can save your progress and finish it at a later time.
Next, you’ll create an Email ID. A verification email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address you provide.
